You’re here because you’re overwhelmed and exhausted as a working mom. You haven’t found a way to successfully set boundaries to keep work and home life separate. Your calendar looks like your brain feels- overbooked and chaotic, with too much going on at any given time.
You caught yourself snapping at your kids the other day, and that’s when you realized you were treating your kids the same way you were treated as a kid… the way you always told yourself you never wanted to be as a mom.
It’s like you heard you parent’s voice in your head, and that same voice spilled out before you could stop it. You always told yourself “I’ll never say that as a parent”.
And now you’re spiraling. Mom-guilt hits, and you’re frustrated with yourself. But your kids don’t see the inner workings of your mind. They don’t know what you’re working through, and you don’t want them to get the same messages you were raised with. So now you need to figure out how you’re going to parent differently- you need to make some changes asap.
A little about me and why I’m passionate about helping you create boundaries and structure in motherhood:
I’m Jess, a coach for overwhelmed moms. I’m also an introvert, an adoptive mom of 2 cool kiddos, and a wife. I’ve worked with individuals and families for a decade, helping them to improve communication, repair from hurts, and build stronger relationships. Now I’m excited to bring my knowledge and heart to supporting you here. I created this space with easily-accessible resources, making it possible for you to change unhelpful habits, learn how to build confidence and nurture yourself, and create boundaries and strategies that allow you to care for yourself and your loved ones better.
The heart-purpose driving all of this: to help you be your most whole, confident self in all the roles you take on.
